Last Sunday MADE Magazine hosted #DAYGLEAM a one of a kind fashion and beauty event at the Godfrey Hotel.

The event started off with an intimate VIP brunch and panel at Dolce Italian with fashion and beauty influencers hosted by Brett J, MADE Magazine’s entertainment web-series contributor.

They talked about their careers, life ambitions, fashion & beauty must-haves and more. There was also a special appearance by The Guilty Grape, who showed everyone how to make a mimosa with a twist! Giveaways from Mielle Organics & JMF Interior Design raffles, and goodie bags helped conclude the first part of the event.

The IO Godfrey held the second part of our event where attendees could mingle, have a cocktail, get henna tattoos, makeovers and more. There was also a Fashionista’s Market with pop-up shops featuring Chicago boutiques, designers, beauty supplies, candles and fragrances.

A Boutique based in Oak Park that caters to cater to every woman , every budget & mostly every size. They sold pieces that can be found at their fashion forward boutique.

The guests shopped, danced, and mingled the day away. Kris Williams, the founder of MADE Magazine who made DAYGLEAM possible was amazed with the outcome, “I wanted to create an event that was unique. I wanted to bring fashion and beauty lovers together in a fun way, but also wanted to provide a sort of networking event. This event really brought people together in a new way.”
