Tip #1- Protect your mind from negativity
Negativity may be closer than you realize. It can be found in what you watch on television, the music you listen to, and even in the company that you keep. Making changes in all of these aspects of your life will help protect your mind from negativity. Get into the habit of being selective about what you allow inside your mind.
Tip #2- Don’t wait for praise or validation from others
Speak positive words of encouragement by saying things out loud to yourself like- I am loved. I am wonderfully made. I am beautiful. I have purpose. I am a masterpiece. God has a great plan for me. And by all means celebrate your wins even the small ones because small wins lead to big wins.
Tip #3- Be your true and authentic self
Many people have a tough time being vulnerable. Being unsure about how much to reveal online, how much to share at work, or whether to let people to get close to the. The great new is that authenticity, transparency, and vulnerability all create trust. When people trust you, they are more likely to do what they can to help you.
